The Singular Sound BeatBuddy Mini 2 delivers over 220 drum songs across 24 genres in a stompbox-sized enclosure controlled entirely by foot. Serving as the compact sibling of the full-size BeatBuddy, it replaces traditional metronomes with realistic drum patterns recorded at 44.1 kHz / 16-bit resolution. Place it at the end of your effects chain or use a clean amplifier channel to ensure the drum sounds remain free from distortion and modulation.

Footswitch-Driven Song Structure Control

Start/stop, drum fills, and section transitions are all managed by a single rounded footswitch using tap, hold, and double-tap gestures. Three LED indicators show the status for intros, outros, fills, and transitions. On the display, players see genre, song number, time signature, and tempo, plus a sweeping visual metronome bar for tracking the beat on dimly lit stages.
