Solvent. ROSA Odorless Solvent is a dearomatized solvent designed for artistic use: diluting oil paints, reducing their viscosity, and cleaning brushes, palettes and canvases.

Thanks to the absence of strong fragrance, it is suitable for indoor work and for artists sensitive to smells. However, even fragrance‑free solvents release vapours, so studios, classrooms and workspaces should be regularly ventilated or equipped with proper ventilation systems.

Being white‑spirit based, the solvent evaporates quickly in open air, which helps reduce the drying time of oil paints. ROSA Odorless Solvent can be used on its own or mixed with oil paints and varnishes. When diluting oil paints, it is important to control the amount used — excessive solvent weakens the paint layer, reduces gloss and may cause fading.
