High-powered, closed-back, straight-front 4x12 stereo speaker cabinet that features four 100W Celestion G12K100 speakers and was originally built to accompany the Orange Thunderverb 200 guitar head (which can also be used as a bass head). It offers massive low-end response with an incredibly tight tone, perfect for drop-tunings as well as for use with high gain, high wattage heads. Like Orange’s amplifiers, the cabinet is built to last using extremely rugged construction and manufacturing techniques, using 13-ply high density 18mm Baltic Birch plywood. The unique skid feet design helps to acoustically couple the cabinets to the stage, thus providing a tighter bass response and full range tone definition. The result is a laser-focused tone that is full of warm midrange. The cabinet is equipped with, comfortable flush handles, and the legendary basket-weave grill cloth.
