The Lundgren '50s Formvar Set of Three in Off White is the definitive vintage Stratocaster pickup set for players chasing the authentic single-coil tone of the golden era between 1954 and 1964. Wound with double-insulated Formvar magnet wire — the same material used by the original factory during those legendary years — each pickup captures the full-bodied warmth, crisp treble, and dynamic sensitivity that define classic Strat tone.

The set is calibrated for balanced output across all three positions: the neck and middle pickups are wound to approximately 6 kΩ, while the bridge pickup receives additional windings (≈6.6 kΩ) to compensate for reduced string movement at that position, resulting in a fuller, more even sound when switching between pickups. The flatwork is punch-pressed using Lundgren's own in-house tooling, ensuring precise dimensions and an authentic vintage surface texture on all sides.
