Barrington DeVaughn Hendricks, better known as JPEGMAFIA, is an American rapper, singer, and producer from Brooklyn. Emerging with his debut album Black Ben Carson in 2016, he gained widespread attention with Veteran in 2018. Following up with All My Heroes Are Cornballs in 2019, JPEGMAFIA continued to earn critical acclaim and reached the Billboard 200. His later projects include the collaborative album Scaring the Hoes with Danny Brown in 2023 and his fifth solo album I Lay Down My Life for You in 2024, further cementing his reputation for experimental and boundary-pushing hip hop.
