By using EDR technology (Enhanced Data Rate), the headphones receive data at up to 3-fold speed, minimising transmission delays. The reach of 10m allows for great freedom of movement without having to constantly lug around the player that is used. The headphones also feature speakers built into the outer sides of the ear cups, so by simply pressing a button, the sound can be shared with friends and companions. To increase the convenience of, a built-in speakerphone is also provided. This allows user to easily make phone calls without having to bring the telephone to the ear. In addition, a noise reduction function filters annoying ambient noise, so that music listening or conversations will not be disturbed. All functions may be easily controlled via three buttons directly on the headphones. Coloured LEDs display the status of the device, indicating when it is searching for a connection to a Bluetooth device or when the battery needs to be charged. The built-in 1000 mA lithium-ion battery allows for up to 25 hours of music playback via headphones or 3 hours of speaker operation, when fully charged. To charge the battery, simply connect it to the laptop or computer via the included mini-USB cable. A 3.5mm jack cable is also included, allowing for connecting the headphones to audio devices that do not have a Bluetooth interface. When not in use, the headphones can be folded up to save space.
