Amber Rubarth

Amber Rubarth is an acclaimed American singer-songwriter known for her heartfelt songwriting and evocative vocals. She has performed internationally across Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and South Africa. A winner of the NPR Mountain Stage New Song Contest, Rubarth has released several albums, including the concept album Wildflowers in the Graveyard, co-produced with Matt Andrews, and A Common Case of Disappearing, produced by Grammy winner Jacquire King. Across her work, Rubarth explores themes of life, nature, and relationships. Her collaborations include duets with artists such as Jason Mraz and Jason Reeves, as well as projects with cellist Dave Eggar and Grammy-winning producers. Rubarth is also a co-founder of the indie pop band The Paper Raincoat and the harmony trio Applewood Road, whose work has received critical praise and millions of streams. Her music has been featured in commercials, documentaries, BBC and Disney soundtracks, and she has composed for film, including for the Sundance-winning Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work. Rubarth has twice performed for TED Talks and continues to contribute to albums and projects that blend folk, indie, and Americana influences.
