Patrick Denard Douthit, known as 9th Wonder, is a record producer, executive, and DJ from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He first gained recognition as the primary producer for Little Brother and has since collaborated with major artists including Jay-Z, Destiny's Child, Erykah Badu, and Rapsody. As a solo artist, he raps under the name 9thmatic. 9th Wonder is also a faculty member at North Carolina Central University and Duke University, often working alongside Professor Mark Anthony Neal.
