The Klark Teknik DN4816U is a universal and compact interface box for sharing 32 channels of audio between StageConnect devices, Behringer Ultranet and USB audio on your PC. There are countless applications: Send USB audio to Behringer P16 personal monitor mixers, use a Midas MR18 as 16 CH input box for Behringer WING or record 32 channels from WING directly in your DAW.
SC-Devices interconnect with a single XLR cable for multi-channel audio transmission. There are various I/O options available providing easily scalable connectivity in your side rack. The devices of the DN48XX Series can be daisy-chained and will allocate the channels for their respective connectivity automatically.
The DN4816U provides sample rate conversion to separate the Ultranet input from StageConnect and USB. This allows you to connect Ultranet sources to your WING console while keeping both clock sources independent. This is especially useful when pulling signals via Ultranet from an IEM system on stage while keeping an independent clock for FOH.
The DN4816U is designed to automatically adjust its routing depending on the connected peripherals. To do so the device monitors all physical connections and adapts its routing depending on the detected devices. This allows for flawless integration providing the perfect I/O configuration within seconds. Besides a very intuitive operation, this also saves a lot of time when setting up for different applications.
