Musical Sampling Fingerstyle Banjo (Digitalni proizvod)

Bluegrass Banjo

The Banjo is a captivating stringed instrument, typically featuring four or five strings, a long fretted neck, and a circular drum-like body that is often covered with parchment or modern drumheads. Its distinctive sound is produced by plucking the strings, causing the membrane of the body to vibrate. This instrument is commonly associated with various musical genres, including country, folk, classical, Irish traditional music, and bluegrass.

The Banjo from Cinematique is a 5 String Banjo with a 33 cm diameter mahogany body. To capture the authentic banjo sound, they have recorded the instrument in multiple ways, utilizing several velocity layers and 2 Round Robin variations. After meticulous editing and processing, they developed a banjo patch that offers a variety of styles, a shortened notes feature, an octaver, a reverb knob, and enhanced scripting. Additionally, the patch includes the sounds of strumming, resulting in a remarkably realistic and organic banjo experience.

In 2015, Cinematique enhanced the Banjo by consolidating all separate patches into a single, complex patch with a new graphical user interface (GUI). This update allows users to access all different articulations within one patch.

In 2022, further improvements were made with the recording of two new articulations using a new banjo instrument, significantly enhancing the previous version. The result is a complex and expressive instrument capable of producing both familiar bluegrass sounds and dramatic film score scenes. The latest update also includes FX and editing options, an arpeggiator, and a step sequencer, all presented in a more intuitive GUI.
