Now you can play your cajon just like a kick drum with the Meinl Percussion Cajon Pedal Mount. Measuring 13" wide and 13 3/4" deep, it’s sized to work with any size cajon and any bass drum pedal (cajon and pedal not included). With your cajon facing you, place it on the mount with the rectangular wooden plate behind your cajon’s front two feet. This keeps your cajon in place as you play with a pedal, and the plate is adjustable to accommodate your cajon’s size. Made from Baltic birch wood with four rubber feet on the underside for stability and a clear bass tone. A protective rubber piece is located where your pedal attaches to grip your pedal while preventing scratches. It is recommended to use any of the soft foam Meinl Percussion Cajon Beaters with your bass drum pedal for the best bass sound (these beaters also prevent cajon damage—sold separately).
