Embossing folder. This embossing folder is designed for use with the Big Shot and other compatible embossing machines. When passed through the machine, the pressure creates a deep, detailed relief. For best results, use paper with a higher grammage of 200 g/m² or more, or materials such as metallic foil. Thin papers may tear due to the depth of the embossing. You can enhance the embossed design by applying ink with a foam pad. The inner surface of the folder can also be used to create texture on polymer clay — simply moisten the folder with water before pressing it into the clay to prevent sticking.
