Cage the Elephant is an American rock band formed in 2006 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. After relocating to London in 2008, they released their self-titled debut, which brought them widespread attention in both the US and UK with its energetic mix of classic rock, alternative, punk, blues, and funk influences. The lineup features Matt Shultz on vocals, his brother Brad Shultz on rhythm guitar, Nick Bockrath on lead guitar, Matthan Minster on guitar and keyboards, Daniel Tichenor on bass, and Jared Champion on drums. Known for their dynamic sound and evolving style, Cage the Elephant has released multiple acclaimed albums, including Thank You, Happy Birthday, Melophobia, Tell Me I’m Pretty, Social Cues, and Neon Pill.
